Oversee all financial activities of the club, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Manage all club funds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including member dues, event fees, and vendor invoices.
Prepare financial statements and reports for the Board of Directors and membership.
Assist with fundraising efforts and grant applications.
Stay up-to-date on relevant non-profit accounting practices.
Work collaboratively with other officers and board members to ensure the financial health of the club.
