ADULT SWEEP ROWING

TUES. & THURS. 6-8PM For adult sweep rowers with 1+ year(s) of college/HS experience, OR 2 sessions of Learn to Row, OR corporate programs. The focus is to improve fitness and rowing technique. • Session I June 4-27 • Session II July 2-25 • Session III July 30-Aug. 22 • Session V Aug. 27-Sept. 19 • Session IV Sept 24-Oct. 17 Cost: $280 per session OR All 5 sessions for CHARGERS membership + $200 Adult Sweep Coaching fee. ADULT COMPETITIVE TEAM

TUES. & THURS. 6-8PM & SAT. 7-9AM This team is geared for athletes (26+) who want to compete in summer and fall races. The program consists of both land and water training. BEGINNER SCULLING

MON. - FRI. 5:30-7:30PM For adults who want to learn how to scull (one oar in each hand), this one week program teaches the basics of the sport and may allow the participant to experience rowing singles, doubles and quads. • Session I July 8-12 • Session II Aug. 5-9 (Open: Teen and Adult) Cost: $280 (Click in this box to join)

INTERMEDIATE SCULLING
